I am looking for some opinions on how to spend practice time on a low work ethic player. I have a few players that have high potential in a few areas but low work ethic. One for example is a C. At this point I have put most of my practice time into areas I see important. LP, RB, ATH, etc. I have not however put any time in passing and BH. I consider P very important for a C in the triangle but this player started with a low pass rating (10) and never had anything better than average potential. As the season has progressed I am now seeing that his rating of 10 in passing and 16 in BH are in the red. They are decreasing instead of increasing. (no practice time). In the opinion of others should i just let them decrease and put the time into the stuff that I know I can improve or should I put 8 minutes or so towards it and try to maintain where they are at and maybe increase a point or two? Is there much of a difference between a 10 passing center and a 12 or 8 passing center? Should I just let them go and be red in improvement, concentrating on others areas where drastic improvement is more likely? OK, I know its long but would appreciate some opinions. Thanks.
