Well, to be fair, it has certainly crossed my mind that you're an alias. You're pretty comfortable for a new guy. And you certainly wouldn't be the first alias to ask me for pointers. But, as long as you ask reasonable questions in a manner I find acceptable, I'll answer. If you drop a "GOTCHA, DUMBASS!!" on me later, so be it. You'll have spent as much, if not more, time than me on the joke. That's not a good "gotcha".
