I am still a relative newbie to this game. But is my team really not worthy of being ranked. I find that hard to believe. I understand my conferance is a little down this year due to a bunch of owners moving to other positions, But I scheduled a brutal non conferance. I finished my non conferance at 6-4, all for loses to top 25 teams. Am I being punished for my losses to great teams? I would rather schedule tough and lose , Than play against teams I would dominate. But I'm starting to thing If I didn't schedule this tough I could be undefeated, and possable ranked.



I don't really care either way I will continue to schedule as tough as I can get. Nobody can say I won't play tough non conferance.

Your 4 losses against ranked teams this season, you have lost by a margin of 23 PPG. The best team you've beaten has an RPI of 65. So the obvious answer is no, you should not be ranked.

Don't worry about rankings. The rankings system is completely flawed and will hopefully be fixed. Some teams are ranked that shouldnt be and some are not ranked that should be. Don't look too much into it.

Example of broken rankings - D II Rupp - St Paul's won the NT game but is still ranked #2 to the team they beat...

That 65 RPI team would it happen to be the Coast Guard squad. with there SOS in the 200's.........if so they are the top team not ranked, so they will likely be number 25 soon.

RPI is more important than rankings.

I think a more important question is: "How exactly are you posting a question such as this, and somehow are listed as a hall of famer?". I guess that says a lot about the hall of fame and those in it.

Hall of fame is actually based on all games, not just hoops dynasty. Also it's based in large part on number of seasons played, not just success in those seasons. Glancing at his profile it looks like he's more than earned hall of fame status based on his simleague participation, but is (as he noted) a relative newcomer to hoops dynasty.
