I could see that guy OPS'ing about .800, but, as mentioned, with an OBP that will struggle to break .300.
I have a 50--96--37--17--84 guy who I've used in a platoon against ies and he has an .859 OPS with a .332 OBP in ~900 ML at bats. He's extremely comparable to your guy, but with a much better batting eye which will give him a significant edge in OBP.
He would be a good player if he can play SS or CF, useful if he could play 2B or C, worth a roster spot at 3B or as an outstanding COF (like a 70/70 range/glove) but as a DH/1B/LF-type, he's nothing more than a bench bat to keep around for his 3-4 pre-arb years and then let go.
Bottom line though, he's definitely not completely useless, just don't expect too much out of him.
