How much money is appropriate to find a worth while player? My scouts are feeding me a steady diet of 45-50 overall PROJECTED players.

You'll only see a couple of good IFA's a season, maybe one stud every season or two. Seeing a crapload of 4-50 guys is the norm.

The more you have in the IFA budget, the more prospects you'll see. But the ratio of crap to good will be roughly the same.
