durning free agency how do you go about increasing salary when player demands more,,,,,,, example player A gets 55 thousand outbidded by another team but cannot outbid because you cannot add bonus to his salary

For minor league contracts, the best you can do is offer a minor league contract with a spring training invite. The only place to go beyond that is a major league contract.
