He's in AAA. Not a great prospect, by any means, but tremendous power(don't know what that means anymore after the recent update). You prob can't see his projections, so here's what I see. Contact and Eye are maxxed. Power 96, vR 58, vL 47. Maybe a power bat off the bench? What do you see him doing in the ML(if ML at all).

his ratings are maxed out, for all intents and purposes.

looks a lot like Gregory Bush

Keep him in AAA. He will be of much greater service there.

He's already got 5 years of pro exp so he is pretty much done improving. With that said, he does have a lot of power, but with sub-50 contact and vR, he really isn't going to be very effective. Low OBP and BA...if you are fine with accepting that then take your chances. I would not have him anywhere near my ML squad. If you really needed him in case of injuries or possibly for the playoff roster expansion then he might be worth having around, but don't waste a 25-man spot on him

Your guy will probably be sub-standard at the ML level, but I wouldn't rule him out as possibly helping out in an otherwise balanced lineup. He does remind me of a (surprisingly) succesful Power guy with no contact and low vs R split in my High Fives team: Tony Johnson (see seasons 2,3 and 4). The advantage Johnson had was his Batting Eye, and this was before the power adjustment was made.

I would expect your guy to strike out a lot, won't get on base often (<.300 OBP) and won't hit for average (@.200 AVG), but he may give you some power and may slug @.400-.430

Strictly AAA material. Since the last update, power just isn't what it used to be. Players with high splits and batting eye have become relatively more valuable.

Another interesting aspect of the last update is the larger # of + plays at positions other than CF (which was the only position that had a lot before). Don't know if it means that defenders are making more plays than they used to, or if they're making the same number and more of them get called "+".

Im pretty sure with the update, they have adjusted the distribution of plays that the CIFs make vs CF. So what might have been fielded before by your SS/2B is now getting through to the CF

Not to mention WIS has said that what used to be homers before the update are now hits to the outfield, so a better fielding OF is now more important IMHO

Before the update I would have said .230/.300/.480; given that he's a plausible fake at 3B I would have liked him OK as a 4-corner reserve. He's power off the bench, a defensive replacement at 1B, and won't have a huge platoon split, so he can start every day for 10-15 days of injury and not kill you.

After the power outage he's still all that but with a somewhat lower SLG, and his SLG doesn't have to get much lower than .480 before he's useless.

Before update noticed sluggers with 90+ power & so-so splits hit 60-70 HR a season in the minors, but maybe 30 in the majors. Since the update is only supposed to effect the upper parameters, I'd see his minor league HR dropping much more than his major league HR. Definitely a useful part-time player.
