Hey all, this has probably been covered before but...if a player gets drafted that I recruited from a former team do I get any boost from that for my current team?

I don't know for sure but I'd be surprised since you didn't coach him in his final season.

It also hurts your chances when, on ESPN, he said "Everything I know about basketball was learned from my high school coach."

Nope. You did well with the Gators in Tark and 3 of my guys got drafted, I got zilch.

well, i think you don't get anything if the guy played after you . and i think you do get credit for seniors you recruited who are drafted 3 (or so) days after you switch jobs. but i am not sure about early entries who are drafted just after you switch jobs. not 100% sure about any of it but i have read the first 2 a few times.

Last season in Knight, my team had three guys drafted, two EE and one senior. I recruited all three and they played their entire college career with me at Sacred Heart. After the season I jumped to Providence, but i was credited with three players drafted three days later when the "NBA Draft" took place.

This is correct. If you recruited the player, you need to have coached the season in which the player was drafted (senior or early entry) to get the credit. You get the coaching prestige boost, your old school gets the school prestige boost.
