What affect, if any, does loyalty have? Does it affect who gets a job? Does it affect recruiting? How much impact does it have?

It effects who will/won't hire you.

You need an A- if I recall correctly even if you are 'qualified' you will get rejected. I don't know if it has any meaning in recruiting, but I found out the hard way rep does so I think loyalty might as well.

It does not.

If anyone can help me with another recruiting question- I am an A+ D3 school. would i have a chance against a D+ D2 team (human, not sim, but he seems to be going after him hard)?

Yeah. Div III to div II budget isn't as extreme as div II vrs div I. Often the top coaches end up battling a bit of div II low end coaches.

You need an A- to be considered for a move up in divisions?

It has been a while sense I got rejected, but moving up to div I took a few seasons because of a player transfering. I am sure that causes a loyalty hit, and the next 2 seasons was a rejection to qualified schools because of loyalty issues.

I have an A- loyalty and have gotten rejected for the first two D1 jobs I have applied for (listed as "qualified"). I'm applying for low-prestige schools at low-prestige conferences. Is it not possible to move up with A- loyalty?

Did it say loyalty was an issue in your rejection email? If so then you won't be able to move up to any school this season.

It's been my observation that an A+ loyalty is required for d2 to d1
