Q: if i have put a bunch of evals into someone (double digits) and they still haven't started to consider me, will they be auto-considering me when they drop?

The first question to ask is what did they say in their original response to your phone calls/letters; if they say "sbsolutely no chance" or somethign along those lines, then the evals aren't going to help.

No, but when they drop 1 thing of effort (phone calls) will be enough for them to consider you.
