I'm working under the assumption that when we get "player thoughts" emails the upside comments are the same as the potential players have during recruiting. Meaning if we get an email for a So. saying he has big upside in BH, we can expect him to improve at least 20 more points throughout his career using the criteria for high potential. Is this right, or is different for returning players, and it's actually less?

THe categories are the same.

Well just remember there are different levels of Upside.

Yeah> Average could mean anythign from seven points to twenty points.

and remember that players can change between recruiting and that email - sometimes enough to kick from one category to another
