I love bringing my hot scorer off the bench - he plays same minutes as starters, sometimes gets to shine against opponents 2nd unit, and stays in the game when it becomes a blowout to put up gaudy stat lines - what's not to love?

The only negative about doing this all of the time is in the late minutes of close games your starters are almost always in. I don't want my best scorer on the rock when I need him most!
