Why does a young players development seem to stop once they reach the Majors? Don't young players keep learning from good coaches? Isn't this one reason we would want to play big bucks for good ML coaches? I think it's time WIS addresses this issue.

4 pro years and they are done with any major development, that means they can cap out before reaching the majors.
