tkimble is exactly right, but I would ad the fact that you can get your players minutes almost exact once you get used to the setting(s). Remember, though, that a player with a low ST gets tired sooner and vice versa. In other words if player (A) is a 62 ST and player (B) is an 88 and they're both set on "getting tired", player (A) will usually get sent to the bench sooner and need more rest...
