Job promotions are currently taking effect, however jobs for new D-3 coaches have not yet begun.

We are trying to fill a void in our conference, actually it's Cal Davis of the CCAA. However, when I do a search for this team under jobs, they aren't anywhere to be found? Is it possible a coach that took a season off could have reserved this team, which is why it's not showing up in the search?
