I have 2 trades that will process at 11pm tonight. One shows I am over budget by $100k with a 8:05pm time code. The 2nd trade (time code 8:43pm) puts me way under budget (by nearly $3M).

I need to know if they will process in order (both in 11pm cycle, but the first one will get nullified) or they process "together" (meaning since they both will hit in the same cycle, it will look at both trades simultaneously and allow them both to go through).

Is it truly chronological, or only cycle-based?

I think the trades are processed in the order they are agreed to, even if they both are official in the same cycle.

Yeah, They process in the order they are made.. So if you were over and that trade processed first it would be nullified.
