What should the position players auto rest be set at or whats to low of a % for them to perform at keeping up their level of play without getting injured.

Thanks.

I set mine at 90%, though I try to keep most of my team at 95 or higher all season. If in a tight playoff battle or in the playoffs themselves, my bestplayers will always play no matter what their fatigue level.

i set mine around 98 and keep them there unless i'm in a down the stretch pennant race...

Find a number that you are comfortable with from 96-98, stay with it all season, and disable auto rest in the last 20 games of a season if you are in a tight pennant race. Or use your bench whenever your player hits 99% to bring him back up before fatigue builds up.

100%. I may let a guy play at 99% if I didn't check the lineup in time.

I've found that auto-rest doesn't always work. I had a SS that kept playing down to 93% without being pulled out even though another SS was on my bench. Not sure why that happened - any tips on this I'm all ears.

Another question: will auto-rest pull a player mid-game if he reaches that threshold, or does it only take effect at the beginning of the next game?

Only before the start of the game.
