No, you don't need to. Its something 'sort of like' motion but motion IQ does not effect it.

No I asked customer service about this before, you do not need to practice motion. Yes when the fastbrake is stopped, the team will go into a secondary break which is like a motion based offense. That is why distro DOES matter in a fastbrake offense.

i have used the FNB on several teams....FG% seems to be unbelievable using 0 distro....when i would use something other than 0 the FG% suffered almost every time.
