Seeing recruits based on prestige grade Topic

When viewing recruits, what is the cut-off of seeing different level of recruits? Does a B school see better recruits than a B- school? Is it a whole letter grade?

Does the level of recruits change from the beginning of one season to the end? If a team wins the NT and goes from a C to a B, do the recruits change?

Every level sees different players. So B+ and B will see different players, although it could be 1 kid or 20 extra kids that could be there to view for the B+.

Also, when recruiting moves along new recruits will drop to you and you will be able to see more kids, with what I can tell the most players drop right around when signing starts.

At DI you see all recruits regardless of level.
