E. Tenn. St. was my old team. They made the NT this year with Sim AI as their coach. They loose only 2 players and return some studs. If you are looking to move up from DII this would be a great starting point.

Almost no one could qualify for a B level mid-major program though. Isn't that some of the reasons people think that these mid-level high prestige teams should be able to be taken over by players moving up easier?
