No he did not get screwed. Assists for one thing are more heavily weighed for guards and the fact that the PG has 4.2 assists as a frosh to 1.5 for the SG. That is just from a very quick glance.

Sorry but I don't think so. Your SG is a great shooter but his assist/TO ratio is bad and you finished 15-13.

The PG that won led his team to a 24-6 record, had an outstanding assist/TO rate, had twice as many steals, outrebounded your guy, had 25% fewer fouls called on him and was also a decent shooter. He is the clear winner in my eyes.

W-L Record has a lot to do with these awards.

Also, scoring is pretty much the only category in which your player performed better. The other player performed better in just about all major categories, and contributed to a better team
