Fatigue in the minors Topic

one of my top prospects is a SS playing on my High A team.. we are 42 games into the season and his fatigue dropped to 89.. should I rest him until it gets back to 100%? he's been a machine so far, batting .383 with 17 HRs and 63 RBIs in the first 42 games.

should I rest him to 100%?

I don't know if you necessarily have to go back to 100% with him, but it probably would be a good idea to rest him. Just remember that the more tired that, the greater the chance of injury for him is.

thanks.

I think it's weird he's the only position player so far at any level 42 games in to drop below 100%, let alone all the way down to 89. His durability is only 65, but projected to reach 95. He's only 19 though with 1 year pro.

Yeah, young guys are going to tire alot quicker. You are seeing normal results with a 65 DUR; however I dont know if he will ever get close to the 95 that he is projecting.
