I'm starting to wonder if they even read the questions?

I've never had any trouble with CS until recently, but lately it's been really bad. This week I had to ask the same question four times before they stopped giving non-answers/dancing around/ignoring the questions. Even then I got a half-answer, at best.

I read another thread where someone said that CS has been better since seble took over, but I feel like it's as bad as it's ever been.

Maybe just one bad experience. Just a coach's vent, I guess.

I was confused about some job change decisions. Was hard to get a straight answer from CS. Never really did get one, but got close enough to give up on the exchange.
