Anyone know exactly how long guys have to wait in the minors before you can call them up without it counting as a year of ML service? 20 games? At the ML level? Or 25?

Anyone know where to find that? Just want to double check and not F this up.

20 games on optional assignment in the minors, keep in mind the minor league season starts a few days after the major league one...

It wasnt meant to attack you, this question is asked once a week. And you must be retarded if you use the search function "service time/ glitch etc..." you could find plenty of threads.

By the way, you have over 1000 games played and havent run across this glitch yet?

To be fair, the search engine sucks - you can only search on thread titles (or the user posting). On the subject of arb clock, the threads are not too hard to find, but in other areas it's damn near impossible to find what you are looking for, even if you know that there are threads discussing it.

No doubt about that. I hate the search function of this site. And again, my post wasnt directed at the OP....I simple sticky at the top would eliminate 1/3 of the threads.
