Maxed out improvement Topic

What do we do the practice plans for players who have maxed out their improvement at every category? I have players that I get the no more improvement message from my asst coach on every category I focus on except the single digit ones.

put the time into hoops IQ or into the single digit categories

After that (if they get the message from their single digits as well), just even it out amongst all non-maxed (100) catagories (if you have your IQ's where you want them), you CAN get some improvement every once in awhile, may just be a point or so in the season, but there really isn't anything else to do with them.
