Who to start at SG Topic

I know that there are a lot of these running around the forums but I was wondering who I should start at SG.

Please let me know who you would start and why. Thanks

I would go with the 2nd one because he's better in evrything except speed.

2nd. He's a Junior so he should continue to develop, he has better ath and BH ratings. Defense is the big thing though, #1 couldn't stop anyone.

It would normally depend on the matchup you have with the other team, but in this case, go with the actual performance. #1 is shooting below 40% for the second season in a row. #2 is shooting 43% from the arc, 93% from the FT line, and averaging over 13 pts per game. Unless he goes into a huge slump, let #2 start.

1. I don't like his BH, but I think his speed is what separates him from the deuce.

#1 isn't the liability that he seems. With the IQ and his speed, he's probably 2's equal in that respect. That being said, he has too many deficits in all the other catagories to be anything other than a situational starter.

Horrible advice/response. Stats should have absolutely ZERO bearing on who should play. This game is based entirely on ratings. Stats are just window dressing. Sorry to be so blunt, kick. I just think that if you are going to give advice that it should be correct.

#2 is the better player in every aspect and should always be slotted ahead of player 1.

I would start #2. He is slower, but I think that higher ratings in other categories (esp. AT + DE) make #2 the superior player.

Thanks for the info guys. I have been starting #2 mostly because of his Def and Ath, but I thought that maybe with #1's Spd he might be a better choice.

he is NOT better in every aspect. He is, in fact, significantly slower (speed) than player 1.

Congrats on finally making it to a BCS conference, jpmills.

Read what I typed. Every aspect. Not every rating. Big difference. Offensive capability is one aspect of a players game. "SPD" is not.
