I have read the help and the forums, but I want to make sure of this: If I have a position (let's say SS) set to a target of 2, and ANY set to a target of 23, will it basically take the top player on my board no matter what until the 24th round, when it will start drafting shortstops if I haven't drafted one already?

I'd like to use the targets to ensure that my draft class is more evenly distributed between hitters and pitchers. Problem is, I don't really want to specify the hitters by the specific position, since the position classifications are often wrong. Is there any easy way to make sure I get 15 pitchers and 10 hitters?

make sure you have your threshold set to "none" if you want them to be picked in rank order, as opposed to rank order but filtered by position.

I strongly suggest you make sure you draft a Catcher (or 2) every year.
