I have done decent...but there are a few teams in my conference that run the one man offense...where one person scores almost all their points and a -5 defense all the time...I run the FCP so I can't really double team their guy...I usually run +1/+2 since the guy usually shoots a ton of 3's and then for offense I give it to my guards a lot since they are practically pitching a tent in the lane. Thoughts?

I would do the same, but I'd actually consider bumping it up to +3/+4 on defense. I had more success doing that (at D3) than just playing a +1, because it limits that player's shots.

With one-man teams it can be frustrating because often he's going to score no matter what. You just have to be more efficient than that one guy at the offensive end.

The last time I played him +1 and crushed him...but that was so random.

If you have a good offensive player going one on one against the one man team you could increase his distro and try to foul the other teams guy out.

I almost always do that unless none of my best offensive players can play defense. I've never lost to a one-man team.
