How does WIS not have something implemented for this situation by now?

Have sims run at 1:59 on daylight savings time, not 2:00.

Yeah it is ridiculous, but I'm used to it by now. Wouldn't expect anything more from WIS. I decided to stay up and wait because I've got a conference championship on the line.

i am in recruiting and noticed, and figured they just said F it, its not worth the effort to deal with that 1 cycle once (or twice) a year (which I would be totally fine with... although a little note wouldnt hurt). but i didn't even think of the running worlds. what happened, did those games not get simmed at all? poor seble, doesn't sound like a fun mess to be cleaning up. and believe me, ive been there :O i just hope he gets some sleep tonight.

I never stay up for games results any more, but I did tonight. Terrible.

i am in the exact same situation as you, waiting for my mega-bowl d2 team recruiting cycle to sim, but i can't possibly see how not being drunk would make this situation better :)
