I did not know that but it makes sense. So you got credit for 25% of whatever you spent the previous season. Nice.

Yes, transfers will contact schools that have previously recruited them in addition to some other schools in the area.

Yea I had this happen before I sent an international a bunch of evals but never offered a scholarship after finding out he wasn't "high" in the right categories. He ended up signing and then got cut and he put me on his list to start recruiting the next season.
