What do I have to look forward to concerning the development of my AAA pitchers when they are under the instruction of a pitching coach with an 18 rating?

Will they regress? Stagnate?

They will be fine. In the long run they will be better off because they will have more diversity in their coaching. In fact you should move all your top prospects to be trained by this coach.

My comments have nothing to do with me being in the same division as you.

Honestly, the question is what will hurt more the coach or demotion.

...or promote them a year early, if they can hack it, and avoid both the AAA coach and the demotion penalty.
