Projections question Topic

My amateur draft picks projections have taken a downward turn since they have signed. Is this because I spent more on HS & Coll scouting than I did on Adv scouting? If so, does that mean the original projections are more accurate than the current ones?

The higher budget will give you more accurate projections.

In your case, if you're talking about Addicted Users . . . none of your scouting budgets are very good, so any projections you're seeing are going to be not very accurate.

It means you have no clue, really. And it means spend more on your scouting.
