Cup Of Coffee League
I am hoping to get 24 owners to sign up for this one, but would settle for a 16 team league if need be.
Leagues like this are out of the comfort zone of many and most likely this will be a tough fill but I'm gonna make a run at it.
If 16 team leagues are not your cup of tea (or coffee) please don't sign up only to bail if we don't make 24.

we will hold an 8 round snake style draft in which owners will select 2 pitchers, and 6 position players (one C,1B,2B,3B,SS and OF).
When you make your pick you will also select a teammate of your cup of coffee player. THIS PLAYER IS EXCLUSIVE AND CAN'T BE SELECTED BY ANYONE ELSE. THE SAME GOES FOR YOUR CUP OF COFFEE PLAYER. ONCE PICKED HE IS OFF LIMITS TO ANY OTHER OWNER.
an example would be if you selected OF John Paciorek from the 1963 Houston Colt 45's you could also take 2B Joe Morgan who also played for the '63 Colts. You can use any season of the player he just has to have played for the same team and season as your cup of coffee player.
No restrictions on positions for your teammate picks. You can take 8 pitchers if you want it doesn't matter.
After the 8 rounds are completed you can fill out your team with any players not selected as teammates.
The 8 cup of coffee players will be renamed as AAA players (way above average rated) These guys who made only a one day appearance will get a chance to be stars in this league.
Salary Cap-100 mil
Trades are allowed
No WW or clones
Draft order will be determined by random.org
Divisions will be set up randomly
Your ballpark must be one of your 8 cup of coffee players home park
