In the developer chat, seble said that it takes 7 minutes practice to maintain ratings other than PE and LP which take 3 minutes. Has anyone found it necessary to give ANY minutes to maintain ratings once the assistant coach message says he is maxed out? I switch their practice to zero minutes and they seem to maintain their current level.

i've seen ft grade drop from A to A- with <7 practice minutes

I have seen many ratings drop with less than 7 or 3 minutes

Yup, might depend on division level tho. Might be easier to run with 0 on lower rated guys and not have them drop.
