His comment was in response to Fish that basically just said its all based on stats which if purely based on stats would be a horrible decision
It's not a component rating, perceived physical ability/talent is not a part of it.
Elias Sports is not smart enough to rank anyone ahead of anyone else, they've had some real head scratching classifications in the past because they use an inflexible formula, there is no subjectivity present.
