Just letting you know we haven't given up on fixing the Live server issues. We already had plans for some new hardware for our servers and we are waiting to see how that affects the Live issue since the client will be connecting a little differently. We hope that the new hardware will also allow us to track down the issue a little more easily than the current hardware, if it is still a problem. I'll let you know when the new hardware is in, but I think it's in a couple weeks.

norbert ... glad to see that you are getting more hardware for your servers (perhaps servers/BW interfaces?) as i suspected hardware problems ... may wanna check also if your internet provider is giving you enough BW ...

Yes and no. Most of the time lately, the game has just gotten stuck when everyone is frozen out, and remains suspended until one of the two owners playing it returns. Other times, the game crashes and disappears. In those cases, if it's a lopsided game in the late innings, most owners on here will replay the game with a scrub pitcher going so the team that was ahead gets the win. If it's a close game, it's generally treated like a rainout and just replayed straight up.

If you completed a game and it doesn't show up as counting, most of the time that is because it simmed while it was being played live. In that case, the simmed result takes precedence. If that's not the case and a game just didn't register as completed, both owners should send in a ticket confirming the result and support can enter it.
