Santana.

MUCH better control, good splits, 3 good pitches, excellent health, better stamina, strikeout pitcher.

Also Hooper is getting worse by the minute.

I think its quite close between the two. I like the righty split, the 1st pitch, and the gb/fb ratio of Hooper a lot. The accuracy is definitely in Santanas favor, as is the health factor. I'd take Santana because of his health, his youth and for that 3rd pitch, but i think its closer then prezuiwf made it sound.

My answer still stands... Santana is a much better pitcher at this moment and Hooper will lose tons more ratings points over the course of the year given his current downward spiral.
