So what how about provide a normal explanation to your customer base? I was ****** to be given the credit and then have it removed and because no explanation was provided I went to the forums. Im so angred over this, that I actually wasted my time and submitted a ticket:
Why was my forum regarding a credit removed. I find it highly offensive that you people remove something which you might consider bad for business. You guy initially gave a $10.95 credit for new HD roll out and removed it without explanation. I posted a forum in the HD area on the subject because I was wondering if anyone else had the same thing happen. The post was not offensive and on point and the only reason I can figure for this is it looks bad on you and you all dont want bad pub. Im constantly defending this stupid site and your stupid policies and have been a loyal customer since 2006...and this is the type of nonsensical action you take. However, when some jackass (Diablo11) wants to spew hate speech and other nonsense for days on end every hour on the hour in the CC and the forums you allow that to continue? I dont get it and DEMAND an explanation.
