declined start/minutes Topic

If a recruit declines a an offer of a start/minutes but

eventually signs...how does that work as far as

redshirting? will they remember that offer or is it the same

as never offering anything? thanks for the tips

Same as never offering. If there is no guaranteed starter or minutes icon when you click on him, or if you look on his history tab and he declined it every time, then its like you never offered it to him.

It isn't 100% you can RS him without a WE drop unless you use the "inform of RS" button in recruiting.
