Is there a level above which you are wasting your time trying to pull down a DI to DII? The top 100 palyers? The top 200?

Overall? they won't have anything to do with you. The only way to really tell is to call each one - if they give you the backup message you can pull them down.

With a C+ prestige you may get players ranked at their position, it will be more likely if they are very close to you.

Well don't forget to mention that if a team with an A/B rating sees you recruiting a player and they likely him they will pull him away from you.

I'm at D2 and have hovered around the C+ level and from personal experience I've gotten up to #170s to come to my school, but like someone else mentioned, they were pretty close to home. I tend to recruit fairly close to home to begin with to keep my costs down.

during a brief season or two when I had among the top 3 prestige levels in DII in a world, I think I could get up to around 125 ish......but that was a while ago, in a young world.....
