Is there a certain algorithm that determines how good your walk-ons are? Is prestige a factor, or what? Maybe it's just luck of the draw, but I wound up with some especially horrible players, compared to other schools.

luck of the draw from what ive seen....i got a d1 a few years ago that would have been a solid d2 player.....if not a good role player for d1
