Baker does everything--let him be your offense. Roberson shoud see your bench, start Carr instead. Go young, your older players suck anyway and you're not going to the postseason this year...might as well figure out who's a player and who's not...

I have a few questions that have probably been addressed but I just haven't seen them.

I'm in DIII. How much does size matter? My center is 6'6" and 200 lbs.

Also, can you play guys out of position or will there be really negative effects?

Size doesn't matter. He'd be the same as if he was 5'5 115 pounds if his ratings were the same. You can play anyone anywhere as long as they have the ratings. Got a guard with 90 reb? You could put him at PF if he has the SB/LP to go with it. Have a SF with no reb/lp, but loads of speed, bh/passing? Put him at PG.

If you have a JR or a SR that is a real Turd, don't be afraid to bench him, I've done it. Even though a FR or a SO may have a lower overall rating, but way higher potential, you'll do yourself a world of good by getting the younger guy in for some real playtime/experience now. You may get the snot slapped out of you this season, but next season you be worlds ahead with the young guy getting experience.
