I have been away from the game for a while. But when I got the email thought I would try it again. Problem - I select a team and it wants me to pay for the season. I have gone back and re-read the email and there is no promotion code. what is problem? If the game is really more realistic I might sign up for another 10 seasons.

I believe it's a credit that should show up in your account.
