Say in season 1 with a team, you fill your scholarships and get the bonus. After season 1, you don't have any departing players, i.e. you're not recruiting at all.

1) Since you have no open scholarships, I know that you don't receive money from the school. But do you get any conference postseason game money?

2) Regardless of whether you do or don't, you'll have some amount of money after the season 1 over+bonus. Since you're not spending any money during the recruiting period, do you get another bonus on that untouched money?

You carry over the full amount (not 1/4th). It's a silly rule that I hope they'll change.

I hope they'll wait one season and then change it.
