Low stamina recruit Topic

How critical is low stamina of 54 for otherwise a perfect recruit (SG), yet shows high potential there? Tops out at what 75 in stamina? Do you get him?

for a motion/zone team, YES. For a Fastbreak/Press team, maybe not.

Just so you know I have a guy on my Naismith team who should be a beast but because he has stamina in the 50s he doesnt even play 15 minutes even as the starter and puts up pretty bad numbers for his ratings because hes always playing tired.

Generally for a high potential area I add 20 to guesstimate where they'll cap out. Problem with stamina is that it's the most cannibalized rating in the off season.

for a guy like that, even GPA is important, because any extra minutes you can get into Conditioning early will help you out long-term.

I have a d3 guy now at 63 or so who starts and plays 17 mpg at FF. I'm about to change him up to Getting Tired just to see if he maintains his performance and can get 3-4 more mpg...

I have a D3 guy who started with a 48 in stamina in high potential. Up to 62 starting his soph season, he started and got about 17 mpg last year, I think I can get him up to 20mpg this year, but my team plays zone, so he doesn't have to expend much energy on defense.
