Is it better to start 2 PG's who are probably the best players on my team now; or to start 1 and have the other back him up? I run flex, zone.

I'd start both of them - they're clearly your two best guards, esp playing M2M. Besides, Wilson has shown he can hit the 3, so you'll still get enough scoring from your backcourt.
