I'm recruiting a guy that is projected at D-II but nobody is recruiting him. As a Div III school I've scouted, made calls, and sent letters but he keeps saying his not interested. Should I stay after him since no D-II is going for him?

If he's saying he's not interested and not saying anything about you being a backup option he won't drop to you, so you should just move on.
