Redshirting 2 year JUCO Topic

Anybody have any success doing this? I'm assuming the player won't be very receptive to this and will treat it the same as any Junior would treat a redshirt, am I correctin thinking this?

tried it once...Just like many, he wasn't happy and dropped to a 1WE
I pulled the rs and he reverted back so you've got nothing to lose
