If a player is looking to be drafted in the first round, and he is drafted in the supplemental round, is he satisfied enough to sign? Technically, it is still the first round...

I had a guy who wouldn't sign in that scenario. He wanted to be a first-rounder, and I got him in the supplemental 1st round.

He didn't give me much time to negotiate, either. I offered him what he wanted, and three days later, his agent said he was going back to college.
