trying out this Hardball Dynasty thing. have been reading about "core ratings" and had some questions.

1) are these something inherent in the sim or just a logical weighting of ratings based on position?
2) what are the generally accepted core ratings by position?

This is basketball, not baseball.


Core ratings are the ratings more important for that position. For bigs, its reb/lp/sb. For guards its bh/passing/per. Depending on your O/D, some may be more important then other. Ath/speed is needed for every position.

If you mean Hoops Dynasty (the College Basketball Game) then this is the correct forum. If you really mean Hardball Dynasty (the professional baseball game) then you need to go to their forum

Looks like he just got a team in HD, and doesn't have one in HBD, so I guess he meant hoops not hardball...
